Before
1994 all Georgia Real Estate Agents represented the Sellers.
Every agent negotiated every contract with the Seller’s best interests foremost. In
1994 the real estate laws in Georgia changed to allow Buyer Brokerage,
giving buyers the right to choose legal representation.
In July, 2000, the Georgia Real Estate Laws changed again.
A Real Estate Agent is prohibited from representing a buyer as a
client without first entering into a written agreement.
You will have the advantage with Sharon as your Buyer's Agent.
