2007
Young couple moved in with $100 out of pocket expense AND almost

Newlyweds looking for prefect house—I found it the day it went
on the market, we made an offer on day 2, day 3 there were three
other couples that wanted it, but it was ours. After that we
negotiated for repairs.
Buyer and I found a foreclosure on the market for 20% less than
it sold for one year ago, only minor repairs needed.
2006 and before
Out-of-town Buyer had 7 days to find his house, we looked every
day and found his dream house.
