Successes/Working with people buying homes

2007

Young couple moved in with $100 out of pocket expense AND almost $10,000 equity-=YEA!!!

Newlyweds looking for prefect house—I found it the day it went on the market, we made an offer on day 2, day 3 there were three other couples that wanted it, but it was ours. After that we negotiated for repairs.

Buyer and I found a foreclosure on the market for 20% less than it sold for one year ago, only minor repairs needed.

2006 and before

Out-of-town Buyer had 7 days to find his house, we looked every day and found his dream house.

Buyer wanted to find a finished basement with kitchen for daughter to live in, found it!

Buyer looked for 3 months — we finally found. I do not give up!

After looking at 50+ houses we monitored the new listings—found the house, put in under contract the 3rd day it was on the market. The next day there were 3 more people wanting to make offers.

· Was the successful negotiator for an amazing home with multiple offers

· Referrals, one from another agent, one from a lender, professionals choose me.

· Negotiated 93% of the initial listing price/located special gift funding--Happy Buyer!

· Buyer with exact requirements found perfect house with my daily search service!

· Contract described as “creative” and “innovative”, ask me for details—I’ll remember this one

· Represented a buyer who worked for FMLS and could do her own searches.

· A buyer had to move quickly. We completed the entire process and closed in two weeks.

· Self-employed buyer, income under $10,000. Found great house and market rate loan.

· Found a home for an expectant woman. Baby came early, the day before closing. Closed loan in hospital. I do whatever it takes to help you reach your real estate goals.

· Single father of two knew exactly what he wanted--it was not on the market. I contacted subdivisions, located his house, negotiated for him a price substantially below appraisal.

· Twice in 1997 a Realtor in my office was divorcing and their spouse retained home possession. I was chosen both times as the Realtor they wanted to represent them.

2005

· After looking at 50+ houses we monitored the new listings—found the house, put in under contract the 3rd day it was on the market. The next day there were 3 more people wanting to make offers.
